Due to the nature of food and consumable products, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy once the product has been delivered.


No Return / No Refund

Returns or refunds are not applicable once the order is successfully delivered.


Exceptions

Refunds or replacements will be considered only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product damaged during transit

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the product and packaging as proof.


Refund Processing

  • Once the issue is verified and approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days.

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.
